Hidden Keywords, Smarter Networking, and Real-World Lessons from Silicon Valley
Hello Elite Members!
We hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend and are entering this new week with a strong and ambitious mindset. As entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders in your industries, we know your time is valuable. At MunnyMan Communications, our mission is to help ensure that your tools are not just functional—but optimized, scalable, and aligned with your long-term growth.
This week we’re addressing an advanced feature of the Elite Contact Card Program: Hidden Keywords. While many of our members use visible keywords effectively, hidden keywords offer a simple and streamlined way to maximize discoverability without overloading your notes section or cluttering your contact layout.
We’ll break down how to access this feature, how to make it work for your business, and how it ties into the deeper benefits of the Elite Card platform. We’re also sharing a quick update from the road: We’re stationed in Silicon Valley, the innovation “van/bus life” capital of the world.
Optimize Your Presence: Using Hidden Keywords Strategically

Hidden keywords are more than just a feature—they’re a search-ability asset designed to work in the background of your Elite Profile, helping the right people find you when they need your services most.
Here’s how to start using them effectively:
1. Scan the QR code on the back of your Elite Card to view your Elite Profile.
2. Tap the pencil icon in the upper-left corner to enter the edit screen.
3. Scroll to the section labeled Hidden Keywords and begin adding relevant terms.
These terms should reflect the services you offer, your niche, nicknames, note able features, key areas specific to you, and key industry terms that your clients might remember about you. The difference? These keywords won’t appear on your profile’s surface—they remain behind-the-scenes, making your contact easier to locate without taking up visible space.

If you’re unsure which keywords make sense for your line of work or how to best structure your entries, we’re here to collaborate with you. Our team is committed to making sure every Elite Card performs at its highest level—and we’re just a message away if you need support.
This is a simple adjustment with long-term impact. Don’t overlook it.
Bus Life Update: Visiting Silicon Valley

The journey has brought us to a place where innovation is not a buzzword—it’s the baseline. Silicon Valley, home to giants like Apple, Meta, Intel, and Google, has a unique energy rooted in possibility and progress.

We recently visited the Googleplex Headquarters, where the campus layout itself is a reflection of forward-thinking infrastructure. Being here is a reminder of why we do what we do—why we designed a digital business card program that evolves alongside the tech landscape, and why we choose to build and operate our company from the road.

We’re taking in the architecture, meeting forward-thinking entrepreneurs, and reflecting on how the digital infrastructure we’re building fits into the larger picture of modern business communication.
Thank you for continuing to be part of this journey. Whether you’re using your Elite Card in a small town or across multiple markets, your goals matter—and we’re honored to play a role in your growth.
Here’s to a strong week ahead, equipped with better tools, clearer strategy, and sharper visibility.

Warm Regards,
